Honeymoon without *A
I recently started booking flights for my fiancee and I (will be my wife come June) and sadly, we won't be taking many *A flights. The prices were normally 15-25% higher than other airlines. Our plan was originally EWR/JFK to MAD/BCN, MAD/BCK to RAK/FEZ/CMN, and then RAK/FEZ/CMN to LIS. We were able to get a TAP Portugal flight to Lisbon from Morocco, but other than that, *A was always more expensive.
