When I recently tried to get in touch with *A, I was surprised that their contact form limits you to 300 characters!!!
What can you express in 300 chars? Nothing!
I've tried anyway and got a nonsense, copy and paste response. Not only did the response not address any of the questions, it also came with a legal warning not to review the response without authorization.
What the f..k is going on here?
Is *A trying to avoid any accountability?
What do you think of a company that doesn't have the balls to allow publication of even their own communication with you?
To me this shows that *A does not care about us.

Perhaps if you provided some facts, rather than hyperbole, about your situation folks here might be able to give you some advice, unless you just want to post an ineloquent rant?
Also, remember *A is an alliance of airlines ... it doesn't actually fly any planes. So, if you have a complaint you would probably be best directing it to the airline you flew with, assuming you flew?

I am closing this thread as it won't get anywhere without more detail. The OP is welcome to open a new thread if he wishes to share more with the group.
