Which FFP has mileage that never expires?
I'm new on FT, and I decided I needed to find a FFP.
I would prefer a Star Alliance member airline that would help me reach gold status. I would prefer it though if my accumulated miles don't expire. I don't really care how many I would need, but as to which program is the best for my prefrences.
In other words, which airline's mileage program is easiest to maintain gold status?
I'd also prefer not to fly United, US Airways, SAS, or Continental.
Thanks!

Yet, in this almost identical thread on the Other European Airlines Forum http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/other...rogram-me.html you state your base is ORD! Am I missing something?

I'm currently based out of ORD, but this economy will soon have me moving in a few months time. Frankly, I don't even have a set address, I swtich aparments time to time, but I'm closest to ORD as of now. Sorry for the misunderstanding
