"Cheapest" FF program MNL to ROR ?

Can anyone tell me what the "cheapest" FF program would be
for an award seat in either Y or C from MNL to ROR (Koror, Palau) ?
The problem seems to be that some programs treat Manila as SEAsia
and Koror as Pacific.

I have a bunch of US, LH M&M and BD miles so any of these programs
would be possible.

Did you try looking at the DM, M+M and DC websites yourself?

ANA has the best redemption scheme, it appears, though you're going to be flying on CO Micronesia if you can find seats.

M&M puts both MNL and ROR in SEA. The problem is, that you usually cannot get from MNL to ROR without a stop in GUM. In the old days this didn't matter, but nowadays it is enough to just "touch" another region. Going through ICN - from where there's a non-stopper to ROR - doesn't help either, because ICN isn't in SEA.

Thanks, thatīs what I needed to hear. Both US and BD have MNL and ROR
in different zones hence it makes for an expensive redemption, if M&M have
them in the same zone I can use one of the two flights a week which go
direct.

Yes, TUE and FRI should work. Are you going there for the diving? I was just there in May. Wrote a trip report about it over on VFT. It's in German, but since you're in MUC you can probably read it. Otherwise just look at the pics and the (short) videos.

Yes, planning a dive trip. I was there a couple of years ago
and remember the shark dives around Peleliu in particular
being amazing. Great video on your trip report BTW.
