Star Alliance Reference Guide - Lounge Access

Not sure if this has been posted elsewhere but a very useful link:

Star Alliance Reference Guide - Lounge Access

This is what the lounge receptionist is meant to go by when allowing access to a lounge. Could help resolve those admission arguments that appear from time-to-time

I don't see the often-exercised part that says "and SQ can make up their own rules."

or for that matter any other airline's own rules.

Anyway, if you have the link on your smart-phone at least you'll have the ammunition to argue the point if the situation were to arise. From a previous incident I've had, the receptionist will usually back down when you have the rules and facts with you. A lot of the time it's ignorance on their part.

Not at a SQ lounge. The lounge dragon once pulled out some rules that was published by UA when I showed her my OZ *G card (traveling on an UA domestic flight). She then went on to tell me that SQ had convinced *A to change the rules, and it will be updated on *A's website soon!
