while waiting for A3*G card to arrive...
Hi all,
My sister successfully qualified for A3*G status since December 2010 She was supposed to be sent a gold card from A3 since early February this year, but when the card arrived, it turned out to be a A3*S card instead of A3*G card. She is traveling to Peru later this month and is now wondering if her actual gold card does not arrive on time, would she be able to access the Presidents Club lounge in EWR during her layover? Any experiences or thoughts about this?

I kind of doubt it. Unless she asks A3 (and gets) a confirmation of her status by fax, which could (or could not) be accepted by the lounge dragons at EWR, I don't think that your sister would convince them to check her status on A3's web pages. But then who knows, wonders happen...
