At the bigger ANA lounge, that is above gates 52-55, when you enter and report in, the bus. lounge is to the left, while the showers are to the right. The shower rooms are the same basic design, but not quite as glazed-tiley as in RCC; the soaps and creams come in disposable packets rather than nice plastic mini-bottles. I don't remember what brands. The facilities are equally clean.

Not anymore. UA cancel H2O shower kit in NRT RCC some time in April

ANA also have lounge at level 2 (Business/*G) in Satellite 4 (Gate 43-47). Shower facilities in ANA lounge are nice generally speaking. Soap/Shampoo packages are branded by Shiseido I believe.

We have used the ANA showers and lounges and they seem to be perfect. Yes the shower products are from Shisheido. And also do remember to get some noodle soup prepared fresh by the kitchen staff.

Correct.
If you arrive from NH flights, mostly likely gate 50s, UA usually in the 30s, any other *A partners 40s.
No new reports for 4 months, it could have replaced by the new Murad kit.
There is always a grace period when UA is changing brands if you visit NRT RCC shower often. No kits were given out for sometime as well when UA change from C&E Nomad to H2O.
