Some more airlines have switched to lower booking classes for star alliance RTW, especially in business.

What does the business switch to Z mean? Less availability?

on SK, Z is a discounted business class with (sometimes) rather low availability. It also zeroes out in advance so this makes last-minute planning more difficult.
And the note "if Z is not available, book Y" means you are stuck in coach - with a C ticket. Kinda crappy.

Edit: Y on SK is "economy extra". While it is not business, it's quite ok on long-haul. Better food service and wider seats with increased leg pitch.

Also Z can be harder/impossible to upgrade to F, depending on the carrier, and often generates a smaller class of service RDM bonus (25% bonus for J,C,D and no RDM bonus for Z on United, for example).
