Booking RTW in first what program to use for miles?
I am booking RTW ticket in first on *A. Will I get more miles if I use frequent flyer program on certain airline? For example do I get more miles if I use Lufthansa Miles & More instead of U.S. Airways Dividend Miles membership?
Anything recommended?

I would definitely credit those miles to LH M&M or BMI DC:
- LH gives 300% of actual miles flown (+25 exec. bonus after crossing 35k status miles/FTL status)
- BMI earns 300%/325% in F and after crossing a certain threshold your miles are even doubled so you get 625% of actual miles flown
Most other FFPs only give you 150% miles for F.

When I am on those paid F tix, I generally put the miles on LH or BD.
