TK A340 at ARN

I did a quick hop within Sweden on the 23rd and was suprised to see a TK A340 at ARN!

Usually the TK1794/96 route are using A321/B738 narrowbodies. Any ideas why they had a huge A340?

I flew IST-ARN myself on a TK A340 last summer, so it does happen from time to time.

I have no idea why though...

According to flightstats TK1793 on 23rd Dec was an A330.
Did TK1979 (to LHR) go via ARN?

I'm 100% certain that it was a A340 (4 engines). Tried to take a pic with my iPhone but it's so bloody dark here these days

Hence my question about the LHR flight possibly diverting.
