Recommendation of FF Program?

Hi there, I am looking for a FF program from Star Alliance. I will not be flying much but will fly at least twice a year. So I am looking for a FF program that will help me to accumulate miles that will not expire? Is there still any program which miles will not expire? Affiliation with Qantas would be the best, as I fly Qantas or SQ to Perth every year depend on which is the cheapest.

Thanks.

But the OP wants a program where miles don't expire. SQ's KF program would probably be the absolute worst choice you could make. It is one incredibly horrible program even if the miles didn't expire, but they do. Absolutely worthless for the OP to even sign up for it.

There are some programs where miles don't expire as long as you have activity. UA's program is the first that comes to mind. BD also, which has a good program, but being BMI was just taken over by LH, if the program is combined into M&M, then it's likely miles will expire unless you fly enough to keep Gold/Senator status.

CO's One Pass miles currently don't have an expiration date, and they'll be part of *A the end of this month.

Hi A_Lee and gtownguy,

Thanks for the reply! So between United Mileage Plus and CO One Pass Miles which would be a better choice in my case? I doubt I can have any status upgrade but I just want to accumulate my miles. What the different between the both program?

Once again, thank alot!

Qantas is an airline partner of CO. And with CO joining *A later this month, you'll be able to earn miles on SQ too.

QF is a partner of SK so SK's Eurobonus maybe worth a look.
