Baggage fees with a lost bag
Spirit charged me $160 for my checked bag. Then they lost my bag. I’m hopeful I will eventually get the bag back. But how do I get refunded for the bag fee? It’s only fair to reimburse me for a bag fee when they don’t deliver the bag I paid for. I can’t find a way to contact an actual human being about getting a refund. Does anybody have any tips?
