Spirit - Military Baggage Fees?
I can't find info anywhere but I wanted to see if Spirit waives baggage fees for Active Duty military? I'm guessing not but thought I'd ask. Thanks!

According to the Spirit website, they do not provide any discounts to member of the military.

Recent policy change. Just saw something online that anyone with active military ID can have free carryon and check two bags for free. Here's a link to revised policy announcement on their website:

Spirit will gives 2 free checked bag & 1 free carryon for Military

Spirit will gives 2 free checked bag & 1 free carryon bag only for Military. They will stop charging 2 checked bags fees. It's long overdue!!!
The ultra low-cost carrier announced last month that it would no longer charge active members of the military fees for their first two checked bags and for one carry-on bag.
