Fare Pricing on Spirit
I've been watching some fares for an MSP-LAX flight on Spirit in late April. Its been the same fare for afew weeks. Is there a better time to buy a ticket, or when do prices start climbing on the fares?

Unlike the legacy carriers, Spirit doesn't seem to start increasing fares until 1-2 weeks out. They are usually higher until about 4-6 weeks out, then they drop until 1-2 weeks out and then climb again. This isn't a statistical analysis but that's what my experience has been and you would certainly have an exception if you were traveling around an event or holiday. I'd suggest waiting until mid-March at the earliest.
