How early to arrive at LIS
8:30 in the morning flight out to London tomorrow. All of the previous threads that address this seem to be rather old. Any updates? Is two hours plus enough time? Only cabin bag.

Update: arrived exactly 2 hours ahead (took less time to get the Uber etc than we thought). Had plenty of time but he noted that line for checked bags was very long so if checking bags may need more time.
