Website glitch? Help?

Website glitch? Help?

I've got 5 Rapid Rewards tix, and a companion pass tix, booked for March between Detroit and Denver. I'd like to rebook and shave a day off the trip, and the website shows availability in calender mode.

But when I go to click and see what flights are available, I get this error message:

What happened?
There are no Rapid Rewards Ticketless Awards available for this trip.

What you need to do:
Please go back and choose another form of payment.
Anyone have any ideas what's up?

Are you attempting to rebook through the Change Itinerary page, or a new reservation? If the latter, it won't work unless you have an unused award ticket, which is why you're getting that error.

That was it! It's been a long time since I haven't HAD an extra reward hanging around, so I'd forgotten that. Really appreciate the help.
