Booking Issues on Southwest.com
Good morning,
I'm trying to book a flight using points and when I go to pay, I get the following 'Error' (See Attached Picture). I've tried twice and get the same error. Does anyone has a suggestion as to what this might be and a workaround?
Thank you for your help.

1. Hurricanes rarely hit there. Once every few years on average.
2. They almost always occur later in the season (September-ish).
3. We normally go every September or October and have never had an issue. The odds of being there for the 3-5 days when a hurricane hits every few years is extremely low. In the 10 years we've been going, we encountered a short, 10-minute rain shower once. Otherwise, it's sunny and hot every day (a desert).
I'll 'take my chances'.
