I've killed almost all emails from WN as the "sales" are always useless to me since they don't cover weekends or holiday periods. I could also do without the Avis, hotel etc emails.
To be fair the entire industry is guilty of running fake sales that don't really inspire any additional purchases. And they keep repeating the same every week. Unfortunately the cost of sending email blasts is minuscule, so we can't hope for a change in this behavior.

Nope, do not try to investigate back ground of posters. Please take no offense, As a Marketer and an Attorney I am used to comments.
Just saying a good airline like many other businesses needs good strategy that delivers on business goals and delivers for target consumers with perfect execution maximizing effectiveness as well as efficiency and IT systems that work so well that people are not aware of them. After all, how many times do you have to reboot a triple 7 in flight.
