Credit Card Bonus has not transferred
I need the additional bonus points to reach CP status. My statement says transferred to SW. I have spoken with both SW and Chase and spoke with a first level Chase supervisor. They talked about a process etc. My personal card bonus transferred immediately with the statement date. Has anybody had success at expediting the "Process".

Yes it does, it says - Total Rapid Rewards transf. to Southwest 86,165
