Wrong Fare Rules Posted on App and Desktop Site?

My fare choices for Memorial Day travel currently boil down to Anytime or Biz Select, or the equivalent boatload of points. Both fares use the Biz Select rules on ONT to OAK when clicking through. I assume that is incorrect for the Anytime fare?

When I asked a harried-sounding phone agent about this, he said the app has been having problems, but the desktop site is fine. Yet both function as above.

Thoughts? Is this problem widespread? Is the phone app really having problems?

What rules are you seeing? Either this is resolved or there may have been a display issue - when I click fare rules from the app I see the rules for ALL fare types, it just starts with Biz Select and you have to scroll. Same on desktop.

Thanks everyone! Yes, I see they use the same rules list for all fare categories, and you have to scroll down to find the rules for Anytime and WGA.

Not being familiar with the higher fare categories on WN, I wanted to see the distinctions between each, regarding early boarding, drink, changeability etc. That’s because there were no WGA fares available. But today I went back to the app and there are two WGA seats on a holiday Monday! Made the change without penalty and points were refunded. Love Southwest!

Still trying to understand what "fare rules" are in play here.
