Yes, you are correct. The points earned in 2018 but not posted until 2019 did not get CPQP. But the ones earned in 2018 and posted in 2018 did get CPQP and the one that was both earned in 2019 and posted in 2019 did get CPQP. So there is a method to the madness. So, for me, any points that are earned and posted in the same year do get CPQP.
