Using Travel Credit (TTF, LUV, Gift Card) booking through Mobile App?
I tried booking through the mobile app, and did not see any option to apply travel funds of any kind at the checkout screen, just a credit card.
When I talked to a SW CSR, she insisted I could do this via the mobile app, but I think she was wrong.
Am I missing something?
