Worked for me. Good for purchases I didn't pre-plan. Otherwise Ink is way better as you say.

Did not work for me. Said that I reached a page that does not exist. Too bad, usually spend a fair amount of money during the spring.

Must be targeted or Home Depoted. I tried to sign up and got this error:

Interesting...

RR Shopping gives 2 points per dollar spent at Home Depot. Can the two offers be combined to double dip and get 4 points per dollar?

Yeah, if I have to spend $2k at Lowe's or Home Depot in the next couple months, something is terribly wrong at home, and I have way more to worry about than some extra RR points.

Read the terms. It may say in-store only or some such. But I would not think that likely.
