FlyerTalk 2015 Awards benefits - Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards, Americas

This poll will determine which benefit for this rewards program will appear on the official January ballot for the 2015 FlyerTalk Awards.

Amazing: the most obvious - and best benefit - of any FF program isn't included on the ballot. Free travel!

You left out NO BAGGAGE FEE! They are the only airline left with that one.

That is not a benefit of the frequent flyer program; all passengers, even those without FF accounts, have free baggage.

Same for "no change fees". And the WiFi isn't free for internet access, that costs $8. This poll is, hmm, improvable. :-)

I love the no-change-fees and the free luggage. But what I like about Rapid Rewards is the splendid availability, and that the cost in points relates to the airfare.

No change fees still would have won here on FT. For the wider public, it probably would have been no baggage fees.
