Non-refundable => refundable?

I'm trying to cancel a flight, and it says I cannot be refunded the amount spent because it's non-refundable.

What's to stop me from changing this flight to business select, then canceling it? Would that work?

Asked and answered a thousand times (and also covered by the FAQ): no, that kind of thing doesn't work. Sorry.
