How about an update with graphics that are on par with iOS 7? Good grief, this app looks as though it was put together is MS Word. C'mon Southwest. Get your IT $h#t together!

I hate how the screen flips over on the booking screen when selecting city. Makes me nauseous. Totally unnecessary. Some things on the old app were nice, don't need to toss everything.

I just did online checkin using the app for a nonstop flight tomorrow out of AUS. The screen now says "Checked In...you still need a paper boarding pass". This is a revenue flight so I expected mobile BP. I'll try again tomorrow when the program officially starts.

Once you have a flight and are interested in checking the status, the page where the specific flight is, the "check flight status" tries to set up texting. NO I want to see where my plane is or if it is late. The web page does this well.
The app at that point knows my flight info I just want status. I shouldn't have to go back up to the top menu and start over typing in the from/to data for the flight. arrgh.

Although I couldn't login, I just got my mobile BP by using the app as a guest. Entered confirmation # and name in lookup. Chose to receive by text. Saved image to my phone and good to go!
