Spa hotels in Disney?

I attend a conference every year with my spouse. Disney for couples can be pretty lame if you're not a newlywed. Can anyone recommend a hotel with a good spa? Any suggestions for new dining options in the last year?

Thanks!

Disney resorts with full service spas are the Grand Floridian and Saratoga Springs.

My preference is the Saratoga Springs Spa. I also don't necessarily stay at the hotel with the spa.

The dining options still have not changed. The Signature restaurants are all still very very good choices. My newest discovery, Citrico's was excellent.

Yikes! Only if you have no imagination whatsoever.

The Disney spas could be better. If you stay on property, this would be our preference:

Saratoga Springs

Grand Floridian

Dolphin

Buena Vista Palace

If you don't mind going off property, two better choices are:

Ritz Carlton (The best)

Gaylord (Runner up)

The Animal Kingdom Lodge has a spa called Zahanati. That spa (and the resort as a whole) is not to be missed.

I second the off properties of Ritz or Gaylord. Gaylord is literally across I-4 from Disney property. The Ritz is a solid 10 minute drive from the heart of the mouse's property.

Actually more like 20 minutes to the edge of Disney property, if you catch all the lights green. But it's still relatively close, and far enough away to feel secluded (for those who don't want to feel the Disney magic 24/7).
