I know I am dating myself, and I will never resolve the NC-TEX pork/beef feud, but the best ribs I, or anyone else I know who ate there, ever had, were in London England at the Chicago Rib Shack. Both its owner, a Chicago man whose name I cannot recall, RIP, and the location (50 yards from Harrods, in Raphael St.), are gone now.
