The Cicadas are coming in spring 2024
FYI for those wishing to travel to TN and surrounding states, do look at the cicada emergence for spring of 2024. While these bugs do NOT bite or sting, they are unbelievably loud(very high decibel ranges of over 80+) and are attracted to many engines and other things that generate noise. They can and do fly into one's hair and clothing. I for one plan to get out of the Nashville area mid May of 2024 to get a few weeks of peace and quiet. This a public service post, I hope.
