No, Disney does not participate in any reward program, nor do they have one themselves. They do have a credit card that earns points, but they can only be used at Disney.

If you can buy Disney gift cards at your local grocery/office supply store with Amex Blue or Ink Bold/Plus, or at Sam's Club, that will get you 5-8% back in value, roughly. Best shot.
Disney has a new "savings plan," where they give you a couple percent on money you bank with them for future use. Can use gift cards, even, to "load" it. But I have not studied the details.

I haven't looked at the savings plan in detail either.
But one thing is for sure, if it's anything like their credit card, it's not going to be that good a deal
