Which Single Day of the Week?
My niece is going to take her two kids to one Disney park the week of March 24. She can go any day that week.
Which day might be less crowded? I know it's spring break but that's why she can take her kids.

You might want to check out the Disney Crowd Calendar (March) webpage.
Not only does it give you an idea of how "crowded" the parks might be for a particular day, but it also provides a suggestion on which parks might be better for that day as well.
