Moving to Tampa
Within the next year, there is a better than 70% chances that I will be relocating from NJ to Tampa. I have done some research and it appears that my best options for airline will be AA or Jet Blue. Most of my trips are to the Caribbean, Central America and London. United, seems to want to route me through EWR for the test flights I book so they are a no go. Am I missing something or is it, Jet Blue and AA for me - I would have no problems if these are my choices, but just want to make sure I am not missing any other options.

AA has plenty of flights to the Caribbean, Central America and London. I can't say the same about Jet Blue. I would choose AA, although you would have to connect through MIA most of the time.

The only non-stop flight from TPA to London is BA. They are in the AA alliance. AA is probably the choice for your routes. There may be some others that will servvice parts of the Caribbean non-stop from TPA.
Depending on where you are going to live, MCO may be an option every so often of the flights are non-stop. Tampa Bay is big so where you live will make a difference to using TPA, PIE, and MCO. In a pinch there is always Sarasota but the airport os pretty small and limited like PIE.

Well if you are going to be flying enough to make at least mid tier status for upgrades AA or DL would be your best bet. Most of your AA flying will be connecting through MIA but there are multiple AA TPA/MIA flights (and even from MCO) and same goes for DL connecting out of ATL. Personally, I'd take MIA over ATL for connections.
Otherwise, B6 would be your other alternative.

Thanks for the advise. MCO is a viable option, and since I've got LT Gold on AA they will be my primary carrier. For those occasions where a direct flight is available on other but AA, then its Jet Blue.
