Current J Product

What's the current long haul J product like? Are there any recent reviews or trip reports?

Just back from a CPT-JNB-LOS RT. Overall, business service is average…very simple, nothing to get excited about, but not terrible either. Crew is usually exceptionally nice, and does the best they can with what they are given. Champagne has reappeared after several months absence late last year, althought unfortunately, its Moet. I’ll never understand, when they have so many great MCC’s to offer, and they are very affordable, even at the top end of the scale (Colmant, Le Lude, etc) why they insist on overspending on basic French plonk, at best. Newly renovated lounges at CPT/JNB are also not bad, Platinum lounges usually not very crowded, which is nice.

Given how procurements work on SAA and, in general, in ZA, I'm sure there's a "reason" why it's Moet.
