Baggage allowance question.

Baggage allowance question.
Flying economy - JNB - Windhoek.
The SAA ticket footnotes says:
The free checked baggage allowance per person in Economy class is 1 piece (max 50lbs/23kg & 62”/158cm ea.)
My ticket portion says:
Baggage (4): 2PC
In the notes, it says:
(4) Each passenger can check in a specific amount of baggage at no extra
cost as indicated above in the column baggage.
In manage my booking for myself and Mrs M each, it says 1 carry on bag and 2 checked bags.
Anyone ant idea which is the correct and what the maximum weights of the bags is?
