Thailand / Airports /BKK & DMK
BKK always feel dirty and unless you are the only smoker there the smoke is thick. No smoking on arrivals or domestic departures.

There are smoking lounges at BKK Suvarnabhumi international arrivals, unless they have been removed in the year since I was last there. A fellow countryman I'd met on the flight ducked into one upon arrival, and I recall looking down into the lounges from the departures level "catwalk". I don't recall seeing any smokers lounges on the departures level itself though.
They were horrible little overcrowded rooms, thick with smoke. And with glass walls for non-smokers viewing pleasure.

At DMK, there are smoking rooms as well.
