Sky team UPGRADE using Flying Blue miles
Does anybody have experiences using their Flying Blue miles for upgrades on Continental, Delta, Korean, Czech Airlines, Aeroflot, China southern Airlines, Aero Mexico, Kenya airways?

You have to purchase a full Y (or occasionally the second highest fare bucket) ticket on the other carrier and then call the FB service center to process the upgrade. More details can be found in this thread: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/skyte...e-program.html.
