Arrival lounge in NRT?

Arrival lounge in NRT?
I will be arriving into NRT from CDG on Air France in Business and I wanted to know if there is any kind of arrival lounge I can use to take a shower?? If it helps, I am ST E+.

Not one that I'm aware of, the NW and AF lounges are both in the secure area and I don't know that you'll be successful in getting there if you don't have a connecting flight.

If you just arrive to NRT and enter Japan: NO.
If you have ST operated international onward flight flight same day: YES. (You can use NW lounge in departure area.)
I think there is only one arrival lounge at NRT. NH arrival lounge in T1.
