Circle Pacific Fare
I have been looking for an equivalent routing for the Pacific area similar to One World and *Alliance Circle Pacific arrangements. The Combo Singapore and Air New Zealand plan looks super but as I have most of my miles on Delta, I would prefer Sky Team. I am aware of the Asia Pass but that seems to be only economy and I would definitely want Business Class.

I am not aware of any business class products that SkyTeam offers of this type. Considering the very limited routing options you'll be better off skipping SkyTeam unless you're staying in the ICN/NRT/GUM areas.

One could easily do:
AF HAN-BKK
KQ BKK-HKG (or CAN depending on the day of week)
CZ HKG (or CAN) - PEK
KE PEK-ICN
KE or NW ICN-NRT
NW NRT-MNL (Until September you could also do NW NRT-SPN and CO SPN-MNL)
CO MNL-GUM
CO GUM-DPS or HKG (until September)
CZ or CO/CZ from end point back to HAN.
