Korean in First, LAX to GRU Using Miles
Is it possible to use my Continental miles on Korean, first class, from Los Angeles to Sao Paulo, and how many miles would that take round trip?

Nope. You cannot redeem CO miles for an F seat on any SkyTeam partner.
In J it would be a Series 5A reward and would cost 90K miles r/t. Also keep in mind that not all partner routes are immediately available for redemption (CO has no redemption availability on KQ, for example) so that route might not be available yet. You'd have to call CO to find out if it is.
