Best tool when looking for ST award inventory
Hello I would like to know if somebody knows the best way to find out by your own the award availability for award using any of the skyteam members.. I do have the sabre system but I am only able to see AF / X / O classes which is good but I can´t see any of CO G class of AM U / C classes, so every time I am working on a search I need to contact an agent by phone and the worst part is that some of them don´t know correctly how to process this stuff sometimes they have doubts about how many stops are allowed by country when setting an award route.. so I was looking that experflyer.com can show some award availability but more focused on oneworld partners and I would like to know if anybody knows about a paid or free tool that lets you do your search by your own not only by phone..
Another wear thing is that for example if I go to CO web site I see availability for an award ticket but when trying to use AM miles for those flights they said there is no availability, so I was wondering if the “in house” classes or inventory can vary vs same flights but for other skyteam members..
Thanks for your help and advise.

Give'em (the airline which operates the sector you're interested in) a call.
I know this is not the ideal solution, but it's likely to be easier and faster than anything else.
Web services is not Skyteam's strong point!

KVS has a pretty decent interface that will show NW/CO/DL/KL/AF on a single search page. OK can be searched as well, though that is a different screen (and should also be available via seatcounter, I believe).

I'm not sure about the AM searches, but KVS doesn't seem to show it in any of their availability options.
As for the "private" inventory, that is generally reserved for elites. If you are not logged in on co.com the other carriers should see it.

I didn't see AM in the list before, and I apoligize for spreading bad info. Is the OK search included in the ST reward, or is it still a different search? It is not listed in the dropdown for the ST reward search. I don't have too much of a problem doing the second search once I know that OK is viable in the routings I'm looking for, but it has not shown up in previous searches I've done using the general reward search.
