SkyMiles vs. WorldPerks vs. OnePass

Hi,

I'm starting to travel more frequently for work and am interested in the FT experts' thoughts on the best program to credit my flights to when flying on SkyTeam airlines. I'm based in RDU but don't have a good feel for where my travels will take me. DL, NW and CO all fly from here, and I may end up flying a hodgepodge of metal - so far this year I've been on both DL and NW a number of times.

So far, I've been crediting to Delta, simply because I already had some miles there. I'm wondering which would be the best long term choice, in terms of status (and related benefits), upgrades, rewards, etc.

Thanks for your input..

Gnopps to the rescue!

Try checking out the following page for some comparisons between the various programs.

The answer to your question really depends on what your priorities are when it comes to benefits.

As a NW elite, I've been very happy with what I get, lots of good service overall, lots of upgrades even when I was a Silver, and continue to stick with them even though I've not been at a hub city for 6 years. Actually was never elite when I lived in MSP.

I'd go with the airline you fly most and the one thats most convienent and gives you the most benefits you are looking for.

I think with DL some of its partner's low fares don't earn miles.
