Question Venice Lounge Access?

When flying Business Elite on a Delta flight out of Venice - do we have access to the Alitalia Lounge? If not, does Amex Platinum provide lounge access?

Thanks!

All I can say is that you have access to the Alitalia lounge in Venice if you're a Delta Crown Room Club member and are on the Delta flight out of Venice. You have to ask for a pass when you check in.

Flying DL Business Elite will give you lounge access. You do not have to request it. You will be offered an invitation along with your boarding pass.
