I got bumped a couple of years ago on a flight from Narita to Bangkok. I didn't say anything - they just handed me a boarding pass at checkin in biz...
Nothing too exciting, as I recall - the food was the same as what they got in coach, and the seat was like domestic F. Beggars can't be choosers...
