Question RTW Class of Service Bucket letters/codes?

Tried to research in the forums, but did not find it for Skyteam

Does any one know what are the Class of Service buckets for each skyteam airline for RTW tickets:
1- For the World Journey program and
2- for the Skyteam RTW program?

For example,
A NW agent indicated tonight that for World Journey RTW reservation: KLM and NW use "C" for Biz class, while CO uses "Z". However, in the Skyteam RTW ticket, all 3 are using "Z", which makes them almost impossible to find space.

Do you know what letters are using the other carriers for both programs? (ie: Alitalia, Delta, AF, Aeromexico for tickets in Biz in both, World Journey RTW and Skyteam RTW?

Also, do these letters change within US Domestic segments?..For example, I understand that Biz ticket in the WJ program allows you to flight "First" in the US (however, don't know which bucket in CO since "Z" is always "0" -- could be it "A"?), however, in Skyteam RTW ticket, Int'l Biz ticket does not allow you to flight in first, therefore, I assume needs to book a bucket in coach. Does any one know which codes are those ones for both type of tickets?

Thanks a lot!
