NRT Japan Skyteam lounge

Question NRT Japan Skyteam lounge
Have a couple of hours in NRT next week. Flying on CO tickets and connecting to Japan Airlines to HKG (coach unfortunately ), Skyteam ElitePlus ( CO Plat) and Presidents club member (also Plat Am Ex) I know there are NW clubs that would be available. Do I have any other options and what would anyone recommend.

One downside is that CO and JAL are in the wrong terminal...I'm not sure how often the bus between the terminals runs.

How many hours? A couple years ago my wife had a 7 hour layover there, she took the train to the Naritasan Temple, had a private tour (they have a corps of volunteer tour guides, we made arrangements ahead of time with an English speaking guide) then she strolled the market street outside the temple and did a little shopping and eating.
It's only about a 20 minute train ride IIRC.
