Delta missing miles, claim on KLM?

Delta missing miles, claim on KLM?
Delta neglected to add several thousand miles from a recent trip. Can I submit the ticket stubs to KLM to have the miles added to my Flying Dutchman account? (I did a search on this forum and found nothing 
)
