I regularly fly from Dublin to various destinations in Europe and the USA.
Which FF program would you say is the best out of the SkyTeam, and why?

Suggest you sign-up with Air France's FrequencePlus. Delta's service to Dublin now consists of only a single flight to ATL. Since you'll be travelling often within Europe you should choose a European carrier. Additionally, while AF does not treat DL elites that well, I have heard of no complaints the other way around.
