Upgrading on member flight with Delta miles

Upgrading on member flight with Delta miles
Can it be done? Can I use my Delta miles to upgrade on any other Skyteam carrier's flight? So far, I've found it near impossible.

I couldn't find any Skyteam upgrade awards on the DL Skymiles site. Upgrades on KE were recently discontinued. Not sure the others were ever available.
