Levels on various airlines
To make basic Elite is easiest on DL or AF. Both simply require 25k (but AF only requires 15 segments, while DL calls for 30 or five oceanic). KE is by far the hardest--it requires 50k, of which no more than 20k can be on any other airline. AM requires 31,250 (50,000 kilometers) or you can go Oro Corporativo (two executives per $2k US spent on international flights to a maximum of 15--if my Spanish hasn't failed me, which it usually does, Mexican companies just plain get 15).
Elite Plus level is way easier on AF than anywhere else. 40,000 miles or 30 segments will do it (DL requires 100k miles, 100 segments, or 20 ocean segments; AM requires 50k miles; and KE requires five hundred thousand miles (lifetime, as one would hope).) Unless it varies by country, that is--I was unable to find the information on AF's US or French site, so those levels may only be valid for Canadians.

I found it interesting that SkyPass Korean Million Milers get Elite Plus status, but Delta Million Milers don't.
But I guess SkyPass Million Milers really deserve it!
