How to book SV and GA in same PNR?
SV has some very good J-deals AMM-CGK via JED or RUH. However, I would like to add a domestic Garuda leg (CGK-DPS) which seems impossible even though both SV and GA are Skyteam Members. Any suggestions how to book AMM/JED/CGK/DPS in one PNR?

Any travel agent or OTA like Expedia or equivalent will surely do it, but it is possible that the GA domestic leg will affect the pricing of the AMM-CGK. In that case, you could have to book it separately but it has for sure some inconvenients.
